    We had PestGuard out tonight thinking we had a bird loose in the loft, these guys came out within 2 hours and found that in fact it was a rat and it's family living up there, traps were set and bam 3 were caught within 24 hours. PestGuard got them all, went above and beyond what I would call there duty. They used a drain camera to locate a broken pipe which was allowing the rats to gain entry to my property then up into the walls. I can say with all confidence they went to great lengths to cure our rodent issue, proofing where was needed and got a drain company to fix our broken drain. Money worth spending, one more thing the wife has moved back into the property now it's clear of pests!! Job well done thanks to the PestGuard team
